2.1 Order Process
Placing an order involves adding items to your cart, completing payment, and receiving an order confirmation email.
The contract between you and Harv & Rose is legally binding once the confirmation email is issued.
2.2 Right to Cancel or Reject Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors, incorrect pricing, unavailability, or suspected fraud. Any payments will be fully refunded in such cases.
3.1 Pricing and Changes
Prices are listed in respective currencies based on the region of the customer/ order placement and include all applicable taxes (such as GST in India). Prices may change without prior notice.
The price at the time of order confirmation will be honoured for your purchase.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express UPI, PayPal, and Net Banking. For international payments, any bank fees are borne by the customer.
Payment is processed immediately upon checkout.
3.3 Anti-Fraud Policy
Orders flagged for fraud may be held for verification or cancelled. Customers may be contacted for additional identity confirmation.
3.4 Import Duties and International Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country.
4.1 Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Delivery timelines and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days.
Shipping delays due to customs, courier issues, or force majeure events will be communicated promptly.
4.2 Redelivery and Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Any additional redelivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping of the order by contacting customer service. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been processed.
5.2 Harv & Rose-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as product unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
6.1 Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item in the warehouse. Shipping fees and customs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6.2 Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed based on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Non-returnable items include undergarments, customized products, accessories and items purchased during final sales.
6.3 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Harv & Rose complies with Indian privacy laws and GDPR for international customers.
Your personal data may be stored in India, and by using our services, you consent to such storage and transfer.

7.1 Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers
If you are purchasing from the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
7.2 Compliance with Global Consumer Laws
We comply with consumer protection regulations applicable in relevant jurisdictions where we operate.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Harv & Rose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Harv & Rose will not be responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the website, including text, images, and product designs, are owned by Harv & Rose or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior permission.
11. EXPORT CONTROLS AND SANCTIONS
Products purchased from Harv & Rose must not be used for unlawful purposes or exported to countries under international sanctions or embargoes. Further, the goods must not be further sold by the purchaser. Only Harv & Rose reserves the right to sell goods that are branded and made by Harv & Rose.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in [Delhi], India.
For international customers, disputes may also be resolved online through the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) or under Delhi Court, India
13. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES
By using our website, you agree to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., emails).
