Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items include:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions.
Gift Cards and digital products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send the product back.
The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return label or authorization.

3. Return Shipping and Fees

Domestic Returns:
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
International Returns:
Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes related to returns.
If the package is not cleared by customs or returned to us due to non-payment of fees, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
For partially returned orders, refunds will only apply to the returned item(s).

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 25-30 business days.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the item. See our Returns Policy for details.
Any shipping costs or customs incurred will not be refunded for orders cancelled post-dispatch.
