This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the methods, timelines, and terms for delivering products purchased through Harv & Rose’s website.

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer standard and express shipping options. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Charges:
Standard delivery: Based on Pin Code/ Area Code
Express delivery: Based on Pin Code/ Area Code
International Shipping: Delivery costs for international orders may vary based on destination, customs regulations, and product weight.

2. Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
Express shipping: 2-4 business days
International Delivery Timelines : Based on the destination and Area Pin Code
Delays: Delivery may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the tracking number to monitor your package through the courier's tracking system.

4. Delivery Locations and Restrictions

Serviceable Areas: We deliver to most countries globally, subject to courier availability and local restrictions.
Restricted Regions: We do not ship to regions under international sanctions or embargoes.
P.O. Boxes and Hotels: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or hotels.

5. Signature and Delivery Confirmation

Signature Required Deliveries: For security reasons, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will make two additional delivery attempts or leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

6. Failed Deliveries and Redirection

If the courier cannot deliver the order after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Additional Costs: Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for redelivery if the initial attempt failed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer upon delivery. If delivery requires a signature, the risk passes once the item is signed for at the delivery address.
For gift cards and digital products, delivery is considered complete once the item is sent to the email provided at checkout.

8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

You may modify your shipping address by contacting us before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
